Our Babies

Man there is so much going on in the world today that I want to scream at the top of my lungs.  STOP KILLING OUR BABIES.  We have babies killing babies, police killing babies and grown folks killing our babies. The way of the world now there wont be any babies to continue the world. There is no value for life any more. As the mother of 3 young men I worry constantly about their well being, hell I don't know if they will be shot and killed by a criminal or the police.  When I grew up I wasn't afraid of the police, they were a welcome in our world but now the police are feared, what ever happened to serve and protect. My son wants an air soft gun, his dad and I have to put the brakes on that because he may just be gunned down in the streets for something that couldn't harm a fly. If you can be gunned down in the toy section of a Walmart while holding a TOY gun then you for sure will be gunned down standing in front of your own house holding a toy gun. Being a large dark skinned black man he can surely be gunned down in front of his grandmothers house while holding his hands up because surely being dark, tall, and big warrants fear.  NOT NOT NOT, my child is innocent, he is childish but he is large, dark, and tall so we have to teach him to not "present a danger" to those that view him as dangerous simply because he is TALL, DARK, AND BIG.
